Overview
- Adidas and the Jamaica Football Federation released new home and away kits co-created with the Bob Marley Foundation.
- The home jersey features a yellow base with a crochet-style weave and subtle record motifs accented by bands in black, red and green.
- The black away shirt carries all-over patterns referencing soundwaves, vinyl and cassette reels with a Reggae Boyz/Girlz sign-off in Tuff Gong–inspired type.
- Both shirts display the adidas Trefoil alongside the golden JFF crest and include a drop tag bearing Marley’s silhouette with the quote “Football is freedom.”
- Jamaica will wear the kits in interconfederation playoffs, meeting New Caledonia on March 26 and, if they advance, DR Congo on March 31 to earn a World Cup berth that would be their first since 1998, with the winner slated for Group K with Portugal, Uzbekistan and Colombia.
