Overview
- Police say the attack happened in the night to Saturday between about 1 and 2 a.m. as the 16-year-old walked from a party at Akademiegarten toward Charlottenplatz.
- The girl fell while trying to flee, was assaulted and raped inside a public toilet facility, and later went to the Gewaltambulanz at Klinikum Stuttgart for medical care and evidence documentation.
- Investigators describe two male suspects about 25–30 years old with dark skin; one about 1.80–1.90 m tall with dark curly hair, a beard, a white T-shirt and long jeans, and a second about 1.70 m, thin, with a calf tattoo, a Gucci cap, a blue T-shirt and short jeans.
- The Kriminalpolizei has opened a probe, says the suspects remain at large, and asks anyone with information to call the witness hotline at 0711/8990-5778.
- The Gewaltambulanz provides confidential, court-usable documentation of injuries and collected traces, and police are now gathering witness statements and forensic evidence to identify the perpetrators.
